Frantzen-Lindeberg, Mathias Dahlgren Matsalen, Mathias Dahlgren Matbaren, Esperanto, F12 and Lux Stockholm all keep their Michelin Stars from last year. Two restaurants, Frantzén-Lindeberg and Matsalen, were awarded with two stars and four with one star.
- In Sweden you celebrate your raw materials. The dishes on the Stockholm restaurants are clean and tidy, very structured and unspoiled. A refined cuisine, but for very different tastes, says Rebecca Burr at Michelin “Main Cities of Europe” to Dagens Nyheter.
Additional seven restaurants; Brasserie Bobonne, Proviant, Rolfs Kök, Den Gyldene Freden, Ulla Winbladh, Sjögräs and Fjäderholmarnas Krog, was awarded Bib Gourmand.
